Charlotte Wong was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1985 and has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, purchase and land development for commercial and residential property, corporate finance, and secured transactions for lenders and borrowers. She also represents government and Crown agencies in all manner of land acquisitions, including the purchase, lease, development, and finance of social housing projects.
